Membership levelsCan anyone join the Institute? The Institute is multi-disciplinary in its membership. It draws its members from the related disciplines of accountancy, insurance, taxation, stockbroking, education and legal professions, amongst others. Membership is available to anyone interested in their own professional development or the development of Financial Planning as a profession. A special scheme operates for younger members (under 25). All we require from our members is that they will:
What are the categories of membership? Ordinary member
Designatory letters: None. Member Have achieved one of the following:
Designatory letters: MIFP.
Designatory letters: AIFP.
Designatory Letters: FIFP. Where required you will be asked to submit copies of your exam certificates to verify your membership level. How much will it cost? Members are required to pay a one-off joining fee initially and then an annual subscription.
