The new Partner would buy into the partnership, which would be spread over a number of years and can be taken from income produced. This individual would be based in their offices in Farringdon however they can work remotely i.e. 3 days a week from the office and 2 days a week from home if preferred. Ideally the individual will write £100,000 in their first year, although they appreciate that it is going to take 3-6 months to get the business and clients transported over. It is preferred that the successful individual is AFPC qualified or equivalent and if not they are progressing towards it, however they do not have to be a technical expert as they have technical support on hand. The firm would like to apply to become a Chartered Financial Planning business next year therefore if the individual holds Chartered status it would be helpful but not essential. A confident individual with a history of writing good business and someone that prides themselves on providing good quality long term advice, not transactional business.
