Aberdeen’s Adviser Intelligence Series
Client suitability seminar
With under a year to go before the Retail Distribution Review comes into force, Aberdeen Asset Management is committed to helping advisers understand the changing regulatory landscape in which they operate. Aberdeen has teamed up with the Institute of Financial Planning (IFP) to produce the Adviser Intelligence Series. These educational half day seminars include an expert panel of speakers covering their areas of expertise, followed by a panel discussion. The main
topics to be addressed at these events will focus on IFAs approaches to client suitability and the presentations will demonstrate how IFAs can deal with client suitability in terms of risk profiles, fee schedules and the ways in which the FSA requires advisers to approach client suitability.
