Financial Planning Week
Financial Planning Week is the national consumer awareness campaign, organised by the Institute of Financial Planning and its members. It provides useful information, tips and tools that consumers can use to help improve their financial “fitness”.
This year, Financial Planning Week will take place from 21 – 27 November 2011. It provides a great opportunity for IFP, its members, supporters and other stakeholders to work together as a profession, to share the benefit of our expertise and knowledge to help consumers understand more about what Financial Planning is about and how they can use it to their benefit. The public side of our website will provide tips, tools, case studies and more to help motivate the consumer to take action. In addition, a national PR campaign ensures that Financial Planning takes the media spotlight during the week.
What’s happening:
- For the fourth consecutive year, a detailed consumer Financial Planning survey will be carried out by YouGov, in association with NS&I.
- A nationwide PR campaign is underway including key consumer press, radio, tv and online sources (financial and lifestyle sections) as well as regional media
